Dom Holmes

Dom Holmes is the Administrator for Oakland County’s Emerging Growth and Innovation unit. In his role, Dom works closely with local, state and federal stakeholders to aid businesses in their efforts to innovate and grow in Oakland County, Michigan. His unit is focused on the development of programs and assets that support companies focused on advanced manufacturing, mobility, aerospace and defense and digital technologies – key pillars of the County’s economy. Previously he served as the Manager of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Automation Alley, a nonprofit Industry 4.0 knowledge center and home to the World Economic Forum’s US Centre for Advanced Manufacturing. There he managed programs and activities designed to provide technical assistance, funding and training to new and existing small businesses across Southeast Michigan.
